OREGON CITY, OR., April 19, 2016 -- Lewis & Clark Bank (OTC Pink: LWCL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on May 16, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 29, 2016.
