Lewis & Clark Bank (OTC Pink: LWCL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per common share.

OREGON CITY, OR., April 19, 2016 -- Lewis & Clark Bank (OTC Pink: LWCL) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a special cash dividend of $0.15 per common share.  The dividend is payable on May 16, 2016 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 29, 2016.

Trey Maust, Co-President and Chief Executive Officer noted, "We are pleased that Lewis & Clark Bank’s continued strong financial performance and healthy capital position provide the ability for us to pay our first cash dividend to shareholders."
