December 1, 2011 -
Remember to activate your new Debit Card on Monday, December 5th.
You will no longer be able to use your current card after December 4, 2011.
When can I use my new card?
If you have automatic payments set up with your current account number, you will need to give merchants and service providers your new number once you receive it to ensure payments continue.
Your secret code (PIN) can remain the same
Your new card will be issued to you with a new PIN number and should arrive 1-2 business days after your new card. However, if you wish to continue to use your current PIN, you may change your PIN beginning at 8:00am on December 5, 2011 by calling the toll free number listed on the activation sticker of your new card. Please note that the NEW PIN number will be required for verification so please have your new PIN mailer present when you are ready to change your PIN.
