Lewis & Clark Bank Announces Leadership Changes

OREGON CITY, OR. — Lewis & Clark Bank (OTC Pink: LWCL), announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Jeffrey Sumpter to be the bank’s President and Chief Executive Officer and Trey Maust to be the bank’s Executive Vice Chairman. Most recently, Sumpter and Maust each served as Co-President and CEO.
The move follows Maust’s newly appointed role as CEO of Sheltered Harbor, a financial services industry initiative designed to ensure consumers have access to critical account assets in event of a major incident.
“Jeff has been with the bank since its inception. We look forward to the positive impact his leadership will bring and to the continued success of Lewis & Clark Bank,” said Chairman of the Board, David Roche.
